Sandra Jones

Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner

Sandra brings nearly two decades of human resource experience and a vast understanding of the compliance and regulatory requirements to operate a modern staffing agency. She manages the day to day human resource and staffing challenges at hundreds of clients sites across the DMV . She holds a degree in hospitality, and certifications from SHRM and CASA.

In her spare time, she leads a ministry at her church and enjoys volunteering.

Linda Gatti

Sales Director

Linda provides over 15 years of business development experience in the staffing industry. She is a native Washingtonian who grew up in a real estate family business and understands what makes the D.C. market tick on the residential and the commercial side of things. Through her years in staffing, she recognizes the importance of managing a client’s expectations by offering white glove customer service in effort to produce a loyal and satisfied customer. Earlier in her career she focused on marketing with stints at NBC Sports Washington, Verizon and GoodLife TV Network. Linda uses her marketing and research background to support her sales efforts in getting to know the client’s needs and challenges.

Linda has a passion for animal welfare, volunteering, the outdoors and family.

Artis Johnson, CSP

Division Director

Artis has more than 12 years of customer service experience and has been with HireOne/JSC for 3 years.  He is a native of South Carolina with professional experience that includes working as a youth counselor, case worker and mental health advocate for Prince George’s County.  Currently, Artis is responsible for staffing, recruiting, human resources, training, placement, management and various other business functions at Jeffrey Scott Concierge.  He is a certified staffing professional by the American Staffing Association and has his Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology.

In his free time he enjoys all things art especially music!

Gladys Gales

Corporate Recruiter

Gladys is an energetic and experienced professional with a true commitment to helping others.  She discovered her passion for recruiting through working in various business segments throughout her career.  Her mission is to provide candidates with a foundation of constant growth and improvement so that she can empower JSC associates to achieve goals – while providing the highest caliber of service and support to our clients.  In her spare time, she works on both her professional and personal development as she is a licensed realtor for the Maryland and DC areas.
